REVENUE MANAGEMENT​
Our management team is made up of key individuals with years of experience who specialize in property specific revenue management. We work closely with each property’s General Manager to help maximize their revenue and to reach their weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT​
Imbue Construction and Management growth is primarily focused on two areas: in-house development of company-owned projects and providing third-party hotel management support. The majority of our hotel portfolio consists of Imbue Investments-owned properties. For over 30 years, Imbue Construction and Management has partnered with the industry's leading brands to develop high quality prototype hotels in great locations. And as one of the more active development companies in the select-service and extended-stay segments, we are primarily focused on identifying hotel markets and sites that fit our development strategy.
ACCOUNTING SERVICES​
Operated hotels receive a variety of tools and resources for cost & revenue control: accurate forecasting, performance tracking and reports in real time, budgeting, marketing and business plans, as well as risk-management services
SALES & MARKETING
Our Sales and Marketing department work with each property individually to build a representation and understand the local market that is available to them to benefit the property and how to capture business and use our veteran sales and marketing acumen to set us apart from our competition.
OPERATIONS
Our proficiency in managing day-to-day operations as well as our knowledge of franchise standards & network of resources allow us to help you implement significant, performance-boosting renovations – all with minimal disturbance to your employees or guests. Cost and energy saving utility programs as well as preventive maintenance programs keep our properties in shape, top to bottom and delivering an excellent product is imperative in our promise of excellence to our guests.
